User Analytics

The User Analytics page lets Account Admins view engagement metrics for any user in the organization. Individual users can also view their own analytics.

From the Account Analytics page, use the user dropdown at the top to select a specific user. You can also navigate directly to Analytics > User.

note

Non-admin users can only view their own analytics. Account Admins can view analytics for any user in the organization.

Relationship Counts

This section shows the selected user's total number of relationships, broken down by:

  • Rated -- Relationships where the user has provided a strength rating.
  • Unrated -- Relationships that still need a strength rating.

Encouraging users to rate their relationships improves the quality of introduction matches across the platform.

Relationship Strength

A breakdown of the user's rated relationships by strength level: Very Strong, Strong, Average, Weak, and unrated. This helps you understand the quality of a user's network, not just the size.

Introduction Activity

Two charts show the user's introduction involvement:

  • Offers to Help -- Introductions the user proactively suggested as a Connector, broken down by status (offered, in progress, completed, etc.).
  • Intro Requests -- Standard introductions where the user was the Connector, broken down by status (requested, in progress, completed, etc.).
