Account Analytics Overview

The Account Analytics page gives Account Admins a comprehensive view of their organization's activity in SmallWorld. It brings together key metrics across target companies, user engagement, connector performance, introductions, and relationship strength into a single dashboard.

Accessing Account Analytics

Navigate to Analytics from the main navigation menu. You must be an Account Admin to view this page.

Stat Cards

At the top of the page, you'll see summary cards showing:

  • Target Companies -- The total number of companies your organization is targeting, plus how many are marked as high priority.
  • Target Profile Matches -- How many relationships in your network match prospects at target companies, broken down by rated and unrated.
  • Users -- A count of registered and invited Requesters and Connectors in your organization.

Connector Index

The Connector Index ranks all Connectors in your organization by their total engagement points. Points are awarded for activities like syncing LinkedIn connections, rating relationship strength, suggesting introductions, and completing introductions.

This helps you identify your most active Connectors and recognize their contributions.

Introduction Breakdowns

Three separate charts show introduction activity by type:

  • Offers to Help -- Introductions initiated by Connectors who proactively offered to help. Shows status breakdown: offered, requested help, in progress, completed, cancelled, and declined.
  • Intros Requested -- Standard introductions requested by Requesters through identified Connectors. Shows status breakdown: requested, in progress, completed, cancelled, and declined.
  • Bulletin Board -- Open requests posted to all Connectors. Shows status breakdown: requested, in progress, and cancelled.

Each chart displays a horizontal stacked bar showing the proportion of introductions in each status. Hover over any segment to see exact counts and percentages.

Relationship Strength

The Relationship Strength chart shows the distribution of rated relationships across your organization: Very Strong, Strong, Average, Weak, and unrated.
