Target Companies Analytics
The Target Companies Analytics page gives Account Admins visibility into how target companies are distributed across Requesters, with a detailed table and CSV export.
Accessing Target Companies Analytics
From the Account Analytics page, click View Target Companies Data to navigate to this page.
Breakdown by Owner
The stacked bar chart at the top shows how target companies are distributed across Requesters (owners). This helps you understand workload balance -- whether target companies are evenly distributed or concentrated with a few users.
Hover over any segment to see the exact count and percentage for each owner.
Target Companies Table
Below the chart, a paginated table lists all target companies with the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Company Name | The name of the target company |
| Owner | The Requester who owns this target company |
| Category | The business category: New Business, Expansion, or Retention |
| High Priority | Whether the company has been flagged as high priority |
| Admin Target | Whether the company was added by an Account Admin |
| Added At | When the company was added to the target list |
The table shows 25 companies per page, sorted by most recently added. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate.
CSV Export
Click Download CSV to export the full list of target companies as a CSV file. The export includes all target companies regardless of the current page.
The CSV export is useful for sharing target company data with stakeholders outside of SmallWorld, or for cross-referencing with your CRM.
