Relationship Leads Analytics

The Relationship Leads Analytics page gives Account Admins a detailed view of their organization's relationship lead pipeline -- from discovery through introduction.

What are Relationship Leads?

Relationship Leads (also called RLOs) are pre-qualified introduction opportunities. They represent cases where a Connector in your organization has a relationship with a prospect at one of your target companies. SmallWorld automatically identifies these opportunities and tracks them through a pipeline.

Accessing Relationship Leads Analytics

From the Account Analytics page, click View Relationship Leads Data to navigate to this page.

Breakdown Chart

The stacked bar chart at the top shows the distribution of relationship leads across pipeline states:

  • Queued -- Newly identified leads that haven't been reviewed yet.
  • Saved -- Leads that have been reviewed and saved for follow-up.
  • Intro Requested -- Leads where an introduction has been formally requested.
  • User Dismissed -- Leads that were reviewed and dismissed by a user.

Stat cards below the chart show the exact count for each state and the overall total.

Hover over any segment in the chart to see exact counts and percentages for all states.

Filtering by State

Use the State dropdown above the chart to filter the entire page -- both the breakdown chart and the table below -- to a single state. Select "State" (the default) to show all leads.

tip

Filtering is useful for identifying bottlenecks. For example, if you have a large number of "Queued" leads, it may be time to review and assign them.

Relationship Leads Table

Below the chart, a paginated table lists individual relationship leads with the following columns:

The table shows 25 leads per page. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate.

CSV Export

Click Download CSV to export the current view as a CSV file. The export respects the active state filter -- if you've filtered to "Saved" leads, only saved leads will be included in the download.
