Your Analytics
SmallWorld tracks your engagement and introduction activity as a Requester. You can view your personal analytics to understand your introduction pipeline and relationship network.
Accessing Your Analytics
Click Analytics in the main navigation menu. Your personal analytics page loads automatically.
Your Relationships
This section shows the total number of relationships associated with your account, broken down by:
- Rated -- Relationships where a strength rating has been provided.
- Unrated -- Relationships that still need a strength rating.
Higher rated relationship counts mean more reliable introduction paths to your target prospects.
Relationship Strength Breakdown
A chart showing the distribution of relationships across strength levels: Very Strong, Strong, Average, Weak, and unrated. Stronger relationships are more likely to result in successful introductions.
Introduction Activity
Two sections show your introduction involvement:
- Offers to Help -- Introductions that Connectors have proactively suggested on your behalf, broken down by status (offered, in progress, completed, cancelled, declined).
- Intro Requests -- Standard introductions you've requested through identified Connectors, broken down by status (requested, in progress, completed, cancelled, declined).
If you're seeing a lot of introductions in "Requested" status, consider following up with your Connectors or reaching out to your Account Admin for help.
